"Melitopolprodmash" is engaged in designing and manufacture of the equipment for pouring any food liquids in PET and glass bottles.
Almost 60-years work huge experience in development of the complete set of the process equipment for lines of pouring of beer non-alcoholic, distilled beverages, silent and sparkling wines, dairy products, juices and vegetable oil is saved up.
For maintenance of manufacture of products at the enterprise are created and following manufactures function:
-- procuring manufacture: foundry manufacture (pig-iron, steel, aluminum, bronze, including on investment patterns), procuring-stamping (primary processing of metal, manufacturing of preparations, plasma is sharp, punching, êîâêà metal),welding (welding of designs) with application manual, electro arc, semi-automatic in the environment of carbonic gas, argon welding, electroplating.
- machining manufacture: mechanical treatment applying universal equipment, machine tools of automatic devices and semiautomatic devices, and also unique metal-cutting machine tools, machine tools with CHPU , jig- boring, etc. There are repartitions in mechanical processing: turning processing, milling, gear cutting, broaching, jig boring, drilling, cutting a groove, heat treatment of details, etc.
- assembling: assembling works, tests, painting, packing of finished goods and spare parts, carrying out of starting-up and adjustment works, guarantee and post warranty service of the equipment manufactured by "Melitipolprodmash".
- experimental manufacture: manufacture and test of pre-production models of new kinds of production, including in the structure a development shop and Joint-Stock Company “Krinitsya-RET” . The former produces tests and completion of new kinds of products in conditions of operating manufacture of drinks and their packing in glass and plastic bottles.
For maintenance of normal functioning of the basic manufacture at the enterprise exist auxiliary departments:
-energy repair mechanical one with a site for manufacturing of non-standard equipment;
- tool;
-storage-retrieval facilities;
-communications (boiler-house working on natural gas, two artesian chinks, pump, compressor station, access tracks. |
